past, present, future…
This time of the year is so great, but overwhelming at the same time. There is so much to do before we take a break to recharge our batteries (I have about one bar left!) and celebrate the holidays. It’s the time when we look at the past, present and future all at once – accomplishments, where we are now, goals.
This week has been busy with meetings, reports and everything else. Staying in the present during yoga class was a challenge. My mind and heart are already close to family, friends, beautiful sunsets, stars and warm weather!
But before we all go and run – at a slow pace – to the future so we can enjoy the holidays, I want to thank you for being part of the art & life dialogue.
